Coaching is…
Not Consulting or Counselling. Coaching is a client driven process; the client is the expert in their own life. The coaching process enhances a clients goals and results.
Your minimum commitment is one hour per week for three months. Each session, you bring a request to work on and check in on the previous weeks projects.
The monthly payment is $497 per month for four one hour coaching sessions as well as “spot coaching” as needed. You will take away daily practices to focus on continued growth between sessions to create life changing results.
